The Job

  • Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
  • Position: Assistant Administration Manager (Construction / Manufacturing)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage full spectrum of administration services including fixed asset management, repair and maintenance, cleaning services, procurement, renovation and relocation, general facilities management
    • Handle contractual issues with suppliers and clients
    • Provide support in administration ad-hoc projects when required
  • Salary: $35-40K, bonus, medical

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, facility management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in facility management and office administration
  • Occasional travel to PRC/Macau is required
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
