Responsibilities:

  • In charge of office renovation, office relocation and decoration projects
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, in order to monitor the progress
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Daily office administration, operation and supervision
  • Chin/Eng independent correspondence

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • At least 5-8 years’ relevant working experience with at least 5 years’ supervisory experience in the MNC or global co
  • Mature, self-motivated, meticulous and well-organized
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Independence correspondence both in Chinese and English
  • Short notice period of immediately available
