Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources;
  • Minimum 1 year or above experience in Office Administration or Human Resources;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, effective communication skills in interacting with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly payroll, MPF administration and employer’s return filing for the division
  • Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, office facilities & equipment maintenance, office supplies, etc
  • Assist in formulating & enhancing HR & Office Administration policies & procedures
  • Perform other ad hoc projects
