Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing meetings, events and feasts
  • Organize appointments and meetings for management
  • Provide professional concierge services
  • Greet and welcome guests in friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through the guest reception process
  • Assist in office administration work as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related discipline
  • Cheerful, energetic and presentable with pleasant personality
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in guest relations
  • Excellent communication , interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High Language proficiency in Chinese, fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese 

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Officer.
