A client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

 

Assistant Administrative Manager / Senior Administrative Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle renovation and decoration projects
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the project progress
  • Provide administrative support to branches
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder / Higher Diploma
  • At least 3 years' experience at supervision level
  • Minimum 5 -10 years office administration experience
  • Must have solid experience in shop renovation, branch operation general repair and maintenance, etc.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Mature, initiative, able to solve problems independently and work under intense pressure
