Job Duties:

  • Provide general office administration and mailing support service
  • Handle and coordinate office supplies and consumables from different divisions
  • Responsible for the business card orders
  • Follow up purchases of the division and those of the corporate supplies, including purchase requisition and order, good receipt, payment, etc
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of the attendance system, and reporting
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system
  • Provide back up to tea service and assist in ad-hoc service and assignments

 

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Figures sensitive, well organized, attentive to details, proactive with can-do attitude a must
  • Pleasant, diplomatic, and with good communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Applicants may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
