Assistant Alumni Affairs Officer
Office of Institutional Advancement and Alumni Affairs
(Post Ref.: 22/232)

Responsibilities 

  • Update and maintain alumni database
  • Handle general enquiries from alumni
  • Prepare e-news/emails and disseminate them to alumni with the updated email list
  • Assist in the logistics of alumni events and activities
  • Provide administrative support for the Office
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

 

Requirements

  • A Diploma, an Associate Degree or a Degree or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in office administration and/or co-ordination of activities
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in MS Office with experience in database management
  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated and reliable
  • A good team player
  • Able to work under pressure

Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
