Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve the Brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales and profitability standard
  • Review and implement operational procedures and maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Train and develop team members ensuring all level of staffs are qualified personnel
  • Create a dynamic environment, motivate employee to maximize team spirit promote teamwork and staff relation
  • Maintain the stock and the backroom are effectively managed in an organized manner according to the guidelines

Requirement:

  • Diploma and above in business or customer function 
  • 3 years Managerial experience in the Retail selector
  • Strong written and communication skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial awareness
  • Genuine love of people, relationships and sharing
  • Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Store Manager
