Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing Revlon strategic planning in Asia
  • Lead key regional marketing projects within the region
  • Be the facilitator and coordinator between global and local teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across global and the region to ensure smooth delivery of goals
  • Consolidate market data, consumers and competitor analysis (product / digital campaigns/ media)
  • Prepare and analyse monthly business, digital and post-campaign tracking and reports
  • Organize and support regional meetings

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing / Business Studies or related disciplines
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in beauty / skin care industry
  • Able to handle multi-brands across different categories
  • Possesses self-starter attitude, result-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible, adaptable and accepts to change
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently, both spoken and written, in English and Mandarin is a must

  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. Excel, PPT
