Managing property development, Maintenance, improvement and renovation works

Client Details

Our client is Top Tier Property Developer in Hong Kong. Currently, they are seeking candidate with property development and A&A experience in building maintenance aspects.

Description

  • Responsible on property development and renovation projects
  • Quality inspection, provide the advice on project progress, specification and rectification of defects
  • Handle technical issues and following -up on quality problem advance; manage tendering, conduct feasibility studies and contract administration.

Profile

  • Degree holder in Building Surveying, building studies or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Building maintenance works
  • Candidate without professional membership also will be considered
  • Good Communication, interpersonal skills and good team-player
  • Good Command in English and Chinese
