We are a joint venture company between Rolls-Royce plc and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd. (HAECO), a member of the Swire Group to provide aero-engine repair and overhaul services.

We are looking for high calibre candidates to join us as
Assistant Business Support Officer (Ref. no. : ABSO280419-CT)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and produce invoices and estimates to customers on time
  • Manage, maintain and update cost and capacity databases
  • Manage and provide scanning support towards imaging system
  • Monitor and support Kaizen activities

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and MS Words
  • Knowledge in Excel VBA, MS Access would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical & organizing skills
  • Good numerical sense
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Business Support Assistant
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
