Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support the development and implementation of C&B related policies & programs and ensure they are aligned with the company’s reward strategy and implemented effectively across Headquarters and China Plants
  • Plan & participate in salary review, market survey and salary bench-marking
  • Recommend salary package and review salary structure
  • Facilitate salary budget planning and follow up Benefits Program of China Plants
  • Plan and facilitate the annual renewal of China employee benefits program
  • Create and prepare C&B analytic reports and presentations
  • Assist in ad-hoc C&B Project

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years in C&B, preferably in sizable multinational corporation
  • Certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) preferred
  • China exposure is absolutely essential
  • Understanding full spectrum of HR at operational level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. vlookup, Pivot tables)
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Detailed minded, well organized and multi-tasking
