Assistant Campaign Manager (Ref: AMS-29)

We’re looking for someone who wants to help lead Hong Kong’s most sophisticated campaign management team. The ideal candidate will know that great communication is the key to delivering success in an fast paced and evolving environment.  

 

This role ensures we deliver market leading insights, reporting and campaign optimisations across multiple platforms to sales, agencies and direct clients.

 

Reporting to the Digital Advertising Operations Manager you will manage orders from the point of booking through to delivery including generating, chasing and inserting advert creative, checking compliance and monitoring delivery to exceed the agreed performance.

 

Pro-actively working to ensure that the tools and process in place are fit for purpose suggesting changes and enhancements.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all campaigns are booked accurately and meet clients objectives, starting in the pre-sales stage all the way through to campaign conclusion.

  • Flawlessly execute campaigns while generating ideas on how to meet all booked revenue goals and ensure customer success.

  • Own day-to-day digital campaign material trafficking, scheduling, optimization of display, video.

  • Communicate with stakeholders on portfolio of campaign progress or technical issues.

  • Monitor campaign performance including troubleshooting, reporting, pacing and tracking progress through mid-campaign analysis.

  • Assist with campaign optimization and billing reconciliation. 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of digital AdTech including - Google Ad Manager. 

  • Salesforce experience a bonus. 

  • Great communication and be able to build working relationships both internally and externally.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising operations.

  • Experience managing / optimization performance display campaigns.

  • Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills; sharp attention to detail.

  • Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly.

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English. 

 

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
