The HKIC is looking for a highly talented individual to fill the position of:
Assistant - Campus Administration, HKIC (Full-time / Part-time)

The applicant must possess

  1. Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKDSE; Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKCEE; or equivalent; candidates with higher qualification is an added advantage;
  2. a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification work experience, preferably in administration work;
  3. a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility;
  4. proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing; and
  5. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

 

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)

 

Duties include

  1. to perform general administration duties;
  2. to assist in preparing and updating training notes;
  3. to assist in implementation of projects and coordination with different parties / organisations as assigned;
  4. to assist in the daily operations and reception services at information counter including but not limited to handling applications, answering enquiries from telephone and assisting in the promotion of CIC services; and
  5. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.  For those who cannot work on full-time basis may be considered for part-time employment and thus please indicate your preference in your application.
