Personal Banking Products  - Secured and Unsecured Loan Products

Hang Seng's Secured Lending business offers a full spectrum of secured loan products to customers, including Mortgage Loans, Secured Overdraft and Premium Financing, etc.
 

Our team develops product propositions, pricing, acquisition and portfolio management strategies to grow secured lending business. We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Assistant Channels Management Manager.

    

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of business propositions to grow the Bank’s secured loan business, including mortgage loans and secured overdraft products 
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of initiatives to acquire mortgage business with mortgage brokers and estate agents 
  • Assist in digital transformation projects and drive the implementation of digital platforms to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in system enhancement or special projects to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analyses for product or channel enhancement 
  • Keep abreast of the latest development of secured loan business and recommend corresponding business initiatives as appropriate
 
  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ retail banking experience
  • Strong self-motivation, creativity and ability to work under pressure 
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
