We calculate the internationally recognised Hang Seng Index (HSI) and Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI) and continue to broaden our index range to meet a wide spectrum of investor demand for different index investment solutions. At present, we compile over 400 real-time and daily indexes covering both Hong Kong and mainland China.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Client Coverage Manager.

 Principal responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients to promote our index family and enhance the index usages
  • Achieve business and revenue targets by identifying the leads and closing the deals
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and also develop relation with prospects
  • Gather market intelligence about market demand and to communicate to the market development to Product and Research teams
  • Keep abreast of the developments in index industry and competitors’ move, to monitor competitiveness of our indexes to identify business opportunities

 Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin or a related discipline
  • Minimum two years’ experience in financial industry, preferably in investment related area with client facing role
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, high-level of communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Japanese an advantage
