One of the world’s fastest growing online fashion retail platforms is looking for an Assistant Client

Development Manager to engage and drive customer loyalty. This person will be leading a local team

of client stylists to build valuable clients, and grow such team. You will bring ideas and values to the

team through continuous improvement on sales plans, strategies, and action plans. If you are

confident for a new challenge, and to grow in an energetic and dynamic team, then this is the right

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and execution of the styling strategy to drive customer loyalty in the local
  • market
  • Communicate the departmental vision and strategy to the team
  • Lead the team to achieve the set objectives and provide improvement action plans including sales
  • targets and other KPI
  • Coach team on clientelling skills to grow and retail top clients
  • Support in setting up client stylists team in new markets, providing best practices suitable for the
  • market
  • Support in the planning and execution of client events
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on acquisition strategies, brand collaborations and
  • partnerships to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage budgets on the responsible areas, and control related costs


REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail sector, preferably in luxury industry
  • Over 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Team player, positive, entrepreneurial, dynamic, result-driven, flexible, detail-minded
  • Good business acumen with good analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong time-management skill
