Duties : The appointee will be responsible for implementing publicity and promotion programmes such as road shows and exhibitions, organising media events, writing press releases and feature articles which aims at building a positive image of the University, and managing social media promotion and engagement projects.

 

Requirements : A good honours degree in Journalism/Communications/Marketing or related discipline with at least 7 years’ post-qualification experience in events management, public relations and marketing communications. Candidates should have proven track record in events management, branding and marketing, and social media applications. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), and the ability to work under tight schedules and perform diversified duties are expected. Knowledge of higher education in Hong Kong and solid experience in handling branding/marketing projects for a sizeable corporation would be an advantage.

 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

 

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
