Duties :
The appointee will be responsible for implementing publicity and promotion programmes (such as road shows and exhibitions), organising media events, writing press releases and feature articles which aimed at building a positive image of the University.  The appointee will also be responsible for managing the operation of the Visitor Centre and the Milk Product Counter, which are both important branding projects to promote the dynamic and progressive image of the University.
 
Requirements :  
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Marketing / Journalism or a related discipline with at least 7 years’ post-qualification experience in event management, public relations and marketing communications.  Candidates should have proven track record in event management, branding and marketing, and social media applications.  Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putongua), and the ability to work under tight schedule and perform diversified duties are required.  Knowledge of higher education in Hong Kong and solid experience in handling branding / marketing projects for a sizeable corporation would be an advantage.
 
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
 
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
