Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Senior Manager in planning and executing joint-school programmes and publicity events under the Group’s flagship CSR program “Project WeCan”
  • Liaise with Corporate Sponsors and support them in launching a wide range of programmes and activities
  • Engage colleagues from Wharf’s business units and external volunteers in joint-school activities of Project WeCan, and provide support as necessary
  • Help oversee the website, newsletter and all publicity matters of the project
  • Support the Project WeCan Secretariat in other ad hoc duties assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Journalism / Communications or related disciplines
  • 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 2-3 years’ supervisory role preferred
  • proven track record of planning and implementing large scale community relations activities / programmes independently and successfully
  • strong liaison and networking skills and the ability to effectively monitor and evaluate the performance of programmes
  • strong organizational, planning and execution skills, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines
  • capable of multi-tasking and being a team-player with the ability to solicit rapport from internal and external parties to accomplish tasks/goals
  • strong commitment with self-initiative to work after office hours to accomplish tasks
  • excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and the ability to communicate effectively


We work 5 days per week.
