Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior management to handle daily compliance duties to ensure the company operation meet the regulatory requirements;
  • Assist to liaise with regulators and other parties, both local and PRC on legal and regulatory issues;
  • Assist to enforce the compliance policies supporting the business development;
  • Assist to draft policies and procedures related to risk control and management;
  • Handle Ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Law or Business related disciplines
  • Fresh Graduate is considered
  • Exceptional organization and coordination skills with detail oriented mindset
  • Excellent report writing skill in Chinese
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in application of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
