  • Negotiate with the corporate customers for loans workout plans.
  • Handle a portfolio of loan accounts.
  • Liaise with external parties (including lawyers, accountants, insolvency practitioners) during the workout process.
  • Analyze the root causes of the problem credits and devise appropriate account strategies / action plans.
  • To understand and prepare the provisioning of the problem credits by individual assessment through discounted cashflow models.
  • Handling various reporting for problem credit management.
  • To assist in various data management projects.



  • University degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, etc.) with a clear ability for handling data and performing quantitative analysis.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit risk modelling.
  • Strong statistical and risk modeling skills, and programming knowledge in SAS, SQL, Python or R is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge and competence in credit risk requirements, Basel requirements and internal risk grading.
  • Analytical and independent thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills especially in explaining complex technical subjects in a simple/pragmatic way.
  • Experience in risk analytics or credit risk management in wholesale or consumer portfolios will be an advantage.
