One of the world’s most prestigious luxury retail brands is looking for an Assistant CRM manager to oversee the planning and execution of their CRM program. This person will be a key player in cultivating a CRM culture among the various teams including Retail, Merchandising, Marketing. This person will be integral in developing loyalty through the right mix of relational and promotional messages, and achieving the brand’s CRM goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Plan, develop and implement personalized one-to-one communication programs in compliance with the strategy & guideline, involving all relevant central, internal & external stakeholders
  • Identify the target segment(s) for each program to maximize ROI and response rate 
  • Evaluate performance of each O2O communication program
  • Improve data accuracy & quality through close follow up with boutiques and screening of clientele database
  • Perform detailed CRM report by month by boutique on productivity per segment, purchases by new & existing clients, O2O activities, revenues generation, and data accuracy
  • Provide and training to both boutique and office teams, on CRM tools & usage in compliance with the guideline & strategy
  • Implement campaign or CRM tools/activities based on customer profile segmentation to maximize ROI and response rates
  • Define product based and delight activities according to the client’s purchasing propensity, needs and culture with the aim to build a strong commercial and tailored relationship with the customer
  • Handle project management, events and activities, checking milestones and highlighting issues
  • Handle all invoice processing and to monitor and maintain A&P budgets in terms of tracking, consolidation with financial reports on a monthly basis, update planning in relevant areas and forecasting

 


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder of Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in the retail sector
  • High initiative, detail minded, dynamic
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, fast-paced, team player with good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
