Job Description

  • Monitor and oversee the daily operation of counter service team to ensure delivery of high quality results
  • Regularly review manpower resources and team's workflow as well as operating systems to ensure effectiveness in daily operations
  • Handle customer complaints from various channels with first priority and in professional manner
  • Perform cross-selling product activities to ensure to achieve team sales target
  • Responsible for inventory control including storage of goods for inspection, repair and trade-in and replenishment level
  • Consolidate customer feedback, identify service gaps and provide optimal solutions to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Review and follow up all outstanding cases from the service system and ensure cases are accurately and promptly closed
  • Ensure proper training and coaching are given to team members (both service counter and call centre) for delivery of quality customer service
  • Implement customer services related projects with internal and external parties

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience, in which at least 2 years of supervisory and managerial level
  • Strong in customer service and problem solving skills, detail-minded and creative
  • Experience with photographic, IT and home electric appliances, health and beauty products is an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Work independent and under pressure
  • Able to cope with fast changing environment
