We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Customer Service Manager. 

In this role, you will

  • Communicating with and replying to the complaint referral by telephone calls and writing up business correspondence
  • Perform quality checking on email reply drafted by Client Service Officer
  • Reflecting customers’ positive and negative feedback to management for service and system improvement 
  • Supervising and lead the group of Client Service Office to meet the agreed service standard
  • Conduct routine audits to assure quality is maintained and corrective action is taken to avoid a lapse in service  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements 

  • Degree holder with ACS, FLMI, PCS qualification
  • Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner
  • To maintain a balance between flexibilities and risk exposure
  • To maintain the efficiency and quality of a customer service team
  • Strong sense of self-initiation
