Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytics services to marketing stakeholders. Support Business Unit teams engage, buy and support via communications initiatives
  • Support ongoing analytics projects / reporting needs including analytics tools implementation, database integration, marketing attribution, tag management
  • Explore digital channel performance. Ideate and support prioritization of channel optimization and development
  • Track, mine, and analyze on and offline data specifically on digital channel optimization and engagement marketing campaigns
  • Assist development of digital analytics framework and measurement benchmark across campaigns, always on initiatives and channel specific areas
  • Drive implementation and optimization of reporting structures
  • Help establish a data driven mindset and continuously improving data driven decision processes. Create insights and facilitate the action ability of them

 

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
  • Advanced experience with paid, owned, earned analytics disciplines including web, ecommerce, social, mobile, sentiment, paid media, CRM, SQL
  • Solid knowledge in visualization techniques
  • Advanced experience with ecommerce analytics including usage of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
  • 5+ years of analytics experience in digital analytics / digital marketing / ecommerce
  • Experience with digital marketing in a brand / agency environment
