  • Prepares, presents and advise on digital initiatives, strategies, and outcome.
  • Monitors and analyzes data and provide recommendations to improve the content and online presence.
  • Creates and maintains brand content across a variety of social platforms, drives social interactions and supports specific content marketing initiatives.
  • Develops online strategies, supervises implementation, evaluates results and manages vendor relationships.
  • Leads in the strategic development and execution of all social content and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic.
  • Manage marketing channel including paid search and non-paid search campaign, social media, SEO, mobile marketing and website to ensure all marketing strategic implement smoothly.
  • Be responsible for onsite experience, CRM system, conversion rates, and general website performance.
  • Liaises with key departments and stakeholders. Builds and maintains relationships with cross-functional departments, teams, and management.
  • Works with the Research team to develop unique market research and analysis to explore new ideas, trends in social media innovation, strategies, tactics and platforms.



  • University degree with 3 years in Communications, Marketing, Multi-Media Studies, Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in managing social media accounts, campaigns and communications.
  • Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with strong project management skills.
  • Experience in managing cross-channel marketing campaigns including websites, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong communication and creative writing skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ad Words and mobile marketing.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, knowledge of Photoshop, AI, Baidu analytics. Proficient in the photo and video editing and publishing software.
  • Hands-on portfolio experience in digital marketing, e-Commerce, exhibition. product launch, brand promotion, and marketing material design.
  • Good command of both spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
