Our client is currently looking for an Assistant Digital Product Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will experience in project management/ business analysis in the banking industry.

Client Details

Our client is one of the largest international bank in the world, with global presence in Asia, Europe, North American and Latin American regions. Its business covers a large variety of banking services, including but not limited to commercial banking, global banking, retail banking, wealth management services and global private banking.

Description

* Coordinate the implementation and delivery of key digital initiatives, enhancement and releases

* Assist to plan and implement digital projects to explore new business opportunities

* Design effective and efficient digital customer journey to ensure the delivery of excellent customer experience through website /mobile App as a result to deliver ambitious growth in digital traffic and usage

* Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including business owners, technical teams, legal, compliance and external vendors to design and deliver quality services in digital channels

* Conduct comprehensive testing on website and Mobile App to ensure quality deliverables

* Assist to interpret digital journey and engagement effectiveness, and identify learning, insights and actions

Profile

* At least 2 years' experience of supporting requirements management activities to support the delivery of digital change across regions and markets.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues

* Strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks and benefits and optimize cost effectiveness and customer experience.

* Think "out of the box" mindset - how to remove blockers to achieve the goal instead of identifying the current limitations/constraints to achieve the goal.

* Willing to move from comfort zone and embrace new challenges.

* Experience of relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence and be comfortable to use Slack for day-to-day communications within the team.

* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities.
