Job Summary 

  • Report to Director of Beverage & Food, oversee Beverage & Food Department which includes all culinary, restaurant and room service operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain quality standards
  • Meet or exceed financial goals in terms of driving revenue and managing cost
  • Develop and implement business plan and strategy
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of Brand Standards and Kitchen Hygiene and Sanitation Standards
  • Comply with all healthy and safety regulations

Job requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in 5-star hotel F&B operation, with at least 3 years in managerial level
  • Pro-active, ambitious, result-oriented with strong business sense
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, coaching and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Beverage & Food Manager
