We are currently looking for an Assistant Engineer to join our Global Workplace Solutions department. As an Assistant Engineer, you will ensure that all facility-related systems and equipment are well maintained and that they operate at an optimal level.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • maintaining all M&E equipment (Generator Set, UPS, Data Centre, Fire Protection System), furniture and air-conditioning systems (AHU & Crac Unit)
  • preparing weekly engineering operation status reports
  • handling air-conditioning related operational issues
  • performing regular checks on facilities
  • operating and monitoring the Building Management System (BMS)
  • preparing incident reports
  • preparing Expense Requisitions, issuing Purchase Orders, and approving payments overseeing repair works on facilities


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in related environment
  • Previous experience in managing the delivery of technical services
  • Registered Electrical worker of Grade A, B, C or H and a Safety Green card holder preferred
