Our client, an international retail brand, is looking for Assistant/ Event Manager. They carry a sophisticated and classy brand image, they are now offering an exciting opportunity with attractive salary package.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Manage and execute the event plan to deliver an exceptional brand and consumer experience
  • Work with both internal and external parties to ensure targeted, impressive and smooth events
  • Liaise & follow up event preparation eg. Decoration and F&B ordering, with different partners
  • Develop and produce event related materials
  • Review and Monitor the event RSVP process with the support of an operational team
  • Define KPIs, perform post- event evaluation and analysis to maximize the propose improvement plan
  • Explore and liaise joint event opportunities with business partner or potential brands to increase the brand awareness


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Communications, marketing or related disciplines
  • 4 - 6 year event management experience with at least 2 year supervisory experience
  • Strong passion in event management is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, well-organized and good planning
  • Independent, organized, eager to learn and detail-minded
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • 5 day working per week, willing to work shift duties on weekends to support events
