Assistant Finance Manager, Global Consolidation (MNC)



Our client is a Global Leading Marine Provider MNC, we are helping them looking for a Assistant Finance Manager for their Global Finance Team in Hong Kong headquarter.



Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Financial Controller
  • Prepare consolidation adjustments including group eliminations & reclassification adjustments using HYPERION
  • Review statutory and management financial statements of head office entities
  • Research and document appropriate accounting analysis
  • Interpret and implement new accounting standards
  • Prepare the GST/VAT/tax files
  • Coordinate with other departments in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financials, forecasts and budget
  • Other duties include review of the Annual Report, other financial filings as needed, and develop and mentor all direct reports


Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant HKICPA / ACCA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years of relevant finance experience in MNCs, including external audit experience in Big 4 / CPA firms
  • Independent, self-motivated, pro-active and good interpersonal and influence skills to work with / manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Well versed in MS EXCEL (VBA as a plus) with powerpoint knowledge for presentation
  • Experience with use of ERP and consolidation software eg. Hyperio
  • Strong business acumen and excellent analytical, reporting and consolidation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
