Job Posting Details

The appointee is expected to work effectively with colleagues internally within the Finance Office and across the University. His/Her main responsibilities include: preparation and review of payroll and benefit payment, overseeing the administration and financial matters of the retirement schemes of the University, preparing papers and reports to the Board of Trustees, replying enquiries on staff retirement schemes as well as payroll related matters, and ensuring compliance with related MPFA Ordinance and the University's policies.  

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in accountancy with professional accounting qualifications such as HKICPA/ACCA or
equivalent, plus 5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience. Proficiency in Excel, MS Office and Putonghua is required. The appointee should be a mature team player with good analytical skills, able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English, self-motivated with multi-tasking skills and good inter-personal skills. Experience in PeopleSoft ERP System will be an advantage. (Duration: 2 year, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
