Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all issues within the resort relating to food safety and sanitation conditions of the restaurants and kitchens to ensure compliance with the Government regulations as well as the internal standards
  • Conduct audits/inspections at internal locations and food suppliers
  • Prepare audit/inspection reports on food safety and hygiene breaches
  • Liaise with relevant government departments including the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and other relevant bodies
  • Arrange and conduct microbiological testing, environmental swab tests and complaint investigations
  • Set up and maintain the food safety system to make sure food is safe to be consumed by Guests and Cast Members in the Resort.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Food Science or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in food safety audit/inspection, Food Safety system implementation, and application of food safety standards
  • Familiar with the regulatory requirements and food safety standards
  • Strong attitude to make tough decisions and working independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Cantonese)
  • Preferably with academic background and experience on Occupational Safety and Health
