Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists Front Office Manager to oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
  • Assists in evaluating levels of Guest satisfaction and monitoring trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Responses to guest comments and complaints, and takes necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Assists Front Office Manager with setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure Front Office team have updated knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in luxurious hotels with 5 years in supervisory role
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem solving and crisis management skills
