Duties

  • Oversees the sales activities in the Hong Kong and Southern China Region
  • Develop and implement of the sales strategic plan to achieve sales target
  • Coordinate with related departments to develop professional service packages to our clients
  • Execute analysis to ensure the company obtains timely market information.
  • Lead the Sales teams to achieve company KPI
  • Maintain good relationship and effective communication with clients, overseas offices and agents

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above; with major in Logistics / Business Administration or related discipline
  • Possess more than 15 years experience in air freight forwarding / Ocean / Logistics business; and with at least 5 years at the managerial position
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, Japanese is an asset
  • Good analytical, planning and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills and know how teambuilding
  • Possess previous experiences in manage sales team members
  • Profession in writing the Action Plan and Analytical Report
  • Travel to PRC is required
