Job Description:

  • Assist to supervise the Guest Relations team to enhance the overall guest service experience with thorough coverage of service occasions
  • Assist to manage the team for quality and personalized service delivery and taking initiative to engage with guests actively
  • Project a professional and welcoming image of the hotel
  • Assist to cultivate a warm and hospitable guest relationship
  • Deliver the highest level of personalized service to VIP’s and repeat guests priority

Requirement:

  • At least 3 year of experience in the field is preferred
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Mature, Leadership, detail-minded
  • Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Willing to work on shift hours
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Officer
