The most ideal candidate should have all rounded HR & Admin experience, taking full ownership of the HR functions as well as acting as the key point of contact for Hong Kong office.

Description

  • Be responsible for full range of professional HR functions, including Recruitment, C&B functions, learning & development and etc.

  • Revise and review Human Resources procedures, policies and organisation chart to align with business goals and to meet the business requirements

  • Handle office administrative functions including office management, petty cash management, office supplies, office repairs and maintenance, removal & renovation, lease renewal etc.

  • Handle staff travel logistics and arrangements

  • Organise company events and staff activities

Profile

* Diploma holder or above in HR or related disciplines

* Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and Admin operations, preferably from MNC

* Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation & MPF Ordinance and related HR regulations and practices

* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

* Excellent command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

* Responsible, self-motivated, attentive-to-details & can-do attitude and good communication skills

* Immediately available preferred
