Job Responsibilities: 

1. Human Resources

    • Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, attendance, leave management, etc.
    • Work as business partner to provide comprehensive HR services including on/off-boarding and contract preparation.
    • Provide support in all-round administration duties and implement policies to ensure the smooth running of operations.
    • Handling medical and insurance plan. 

2. Administrative work 

    • Handle incoming e-mail, phone inquiries, meeting room booking.
    • Handle travel booking and visa arrangement for internal staffs and customers.
    • Perform full reception function in a professional manner as required.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and meeting room.
    • Manage office supplies and assist to arrange catering for events.
    • Assist in other ad hoc. administrative matters or additional duties as assigned.

 Job requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines is highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 year solid experience in Administration and / or Human Resources
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proactive, outgoing, customers oriented and with detailed mind
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel
  • Immediately available is an advantage
