Our client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

 

Assistant HR Manager / Assistant HR & Admin. Manager

 

Requirements:-

 

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-6 years human resources and/or office administration experience, with exposure in MNC environment is highly preferred
  • Stable, flexible, detailed mind, well organized, responsible, independent
  • A good team player and skillful at prioritizing tasks and multi-tasked
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, HRIS system, etc.
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong influencing, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Candidates with lesser experiences will be considered as Administration Officer
  • Immediate available preferred

 

Responsibilities :

 

  • Handle general human resources and office administration functions
  • Provide all-rounded support of human resources services including compensation and benefits, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management
  • Review, formulate and implement HR policies
  • Handle salary bench marking analysis and reports
  • Perform and provide support other ad-hoc duties as assigned
