Responsibilities:

  • In charge of Global Employee Engagement Survey Project, as contact person with external consultants
  • Work closely with regional HRs to implement the survey and follow up on the action plans
  • Organize all the awards activity and propose non-monetary rewards to motivate employees
  • Support the Senior HR Manager and provide HR services to regional team

Requirements:

  • University graduate with over 5 years of HR experience within HR Generalist or ER focused
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Excellent coaching, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
