My client is a multinational FMCG company with presence over 100 countries, they are now looking for high calibre individual with positive learning attitude to join their HR employee relation team.

Description

  • Implement procedures and guidance in related to employee relations and communication.
  • Lead and execute the Employee Engagement survey projects in global scale and work along with regional and global HR team to evaluate.
  • Execute local and global company related activities and projects
  • Create and organise company events and staff related activities to drive employee's productivity
  • Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of company internal communication tools, such as internal Newsletter and newspaper
  • Communicate with different NGOs and social enterprises to arrange volunteer work

Profile

* Around 5 years of HR experience in relevant industry
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related subjects
* Good communication in both English and Cantonese and Mandarin
* Self-motivated, independent, responsible, driven, outgoing
* Familiar with different computer functions such as MS Excel and Word
* Short notice period preferred
