Responsibilities:

  • Manage C&B function for Hong Kong & Macau including payroll, pension and taxation reporting, salary review, job evaluation etc.
  • Develop and implement reward strategy, pay structure and incentive plans for HK & Macau to support and align performance management and talent strategy.
  • Drive HR System upgrade and implementation project
  • Support internal mobility process including housing arrangement & relocation arrangement follow group policy
  • Ensure the compliance of law & regulations as well as internal HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employment contracts, visa applications, insurance and benefits administration etc
  • Participate in the development, analysis and administration of all types of incentive schemes according to KPIs and targets.
  • Review, develop & implement C&B policies and procedures to ensure the KPIs and targets are met.
  • Act as a Business Partner and provide HR support & recommendation to the business
  • Develop and drive retention strategy
  • Recommend and drive changes to improve efficiency of processes and practices
  • Manage HR budget, headcount planning, reporting and analysis.
  • Manage group and local insurance plans including Employee Compensation cases
  • Manage HK and Macau Import labour application and administration
  • Manage internal audit and ORSO audit etc to ensure compliance
  • Manage employee on boarding, integration program and exit process
  • Oversee Administration function
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • 8 years+ relevant HRBP and Total Rewards experience gained from sizable MNCs
  • Solid knowledge in Hong Kong & Macau law and regulations
  • An excellent communicator. Strategic thinking, strong execution and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen. Able to translate the need of the core business functions into/with HR solutions
  • Must be pleasant, independent, detailed-oriented, proactive, be able to lead changes
  • Strong numerical sense and excellent knowledge in Excel, with HRIS management experience
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, excellent English writing and speaking skills is a must
