Responsibilities:

  •  Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, conducting interview, liaison with candidates, offer proposal, orientation as well as other recruitment logistics;
  • Responsible for preparing various recruitment and headcount reports ;
  • Working closely with operation team for hiring needs;
  • Effective engagement with staff at all levels to provide HR functions;
  • Attend job fairs and similar events; 
  • Assist in Macau recruitment process;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience with hands-on experience in recruitment and engagement
  • Mature, independent and with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Excel & PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing is a must
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Manager.
