Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate's qualifications and reference check;
  • Responsible for compensation & benefits, leave and training record including but not limited to payroll, MPF and tax return;
  • Support full spectrum of HR & Administrative support for HR Team, including data input, update staff personnel record, prepare HR correspondence and filing;
  • Formulation administration and implementation of policies and staff performance evaluations;
  • Organizing staff activities such as Christmas party, Annual Dinner and social activities if needed;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years solid experience in handling all round HR function;
  • Well-versed with the HK Employment Ordinance;
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Well organized, multitasking, self-motivated, meticulous, efficient.
