Accountable from business analysis, systems implementation, maintenance and support. The candidate will perform vendor and stakeholder management

工作内容

As (Assistant) HRIS Manager, you are required to:

• Maintain close communication with users within HR team, collect user requirements, perform solution design/ plans
• Perform HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM) revamp/ migration to cloud
• Manage vendors on configurations and trouble-shooting on system applications to ensure smooth operations
• Support system interfacing
• Prepare documentation and provide end-user training
• Perform process re-engineering

理想的求职者

• Bachelor in Information Systems or related disciplines
• Over 4 years experience in HRIS
• Experience in IT business/ system analysis
• Experience in any large scale HR systems' implementation (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS, Workday etc.)
• Experience in cloud migration is a plus
• Able to provide solutions and drive projects independently
• Experience in HR processes re-engineering
• Experience in vendor management
• Proactive and quick-learning team player
• Good command in Chinese and English
