JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the supervision and management of full range of HR operational functions such as

è Compensation and benefits: salary review, insurance renewal

è Payroll calculation, MPF administration and taxation

è End-to-end recruitment process: advertise jobs openings, conduct screening/ interviews, confirm job offer/sign contracts with applicants

è Staff onboard arrangement and succession

è Performance management, timesheet and leave management

  • Assist in the preparation HR budget, formulate budget forecast and control
  • Assist in the preparation regular HR reports for management review
  • Review headcount report, organization charts and job descriptions to meet corporate and business objectives on a regular basis
  • Research on latest HR market trends and best practices
  • Align with cross functional team/department heads to implement the proposed HR policies
  • Implement in ad hoc HR projects as required

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience and hands-on payroll process including 2-3 years of experience at managerial/supervisory level
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, relevant law and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, details-mind, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, strong knowledge and experience in using HRIS is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
