Responsibilities:   

  • responsible for HR support including payroll, MPF administration, leave administration and tax returns
  • Handle employees databases maintenance, data entry, group medical, filing and logistics support for HR department
  • Support recruitment, job advertisement posting and staff orientation
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years hands on HR experience
  • Experience in retail / F&B industry is an advantage;
  • Good PC skills in Word, Excel and vlookup is an advantage;
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
  • Immediate available is preferable;
  • Fresh graduates will be considered.
