The Job Duties:

  • Managing HR end-to-end processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment
  • Developing and implementing effective manpower planning, recruitment and retention, succession planning
  • Advising and assisting line managers on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment
  • Responsible for recruitment process from interview to on-boarding to ensure sufficient workforce to support the business
  • Coaching and guiding team members to deliver HR services and solutions to meet the business growth
  • Coordinating with HR partners to implement corporate policies and initiatives at business unit level


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant HR experience gained in sizable organizations, of which 3 years in supervisory level
  • Experience in hiring, developing and managing large workforce with technical background and in fast-paced environment
  • Exposure in sales commission review and handling is a plus
  • Outgoing and dynamic to derive HR solutions to suit the needs of staff at different levels
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
