Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefit and employee relations.
  • Ensure hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards
  • Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Organize and coordinate employee activities and annual events.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ related experience, with 2 years in supervisory role
  • Excellent management and presentation skills
  • Good organization and computer skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
